Mail and email to the office will be dealt with on a daily basis. In the near future the helpline will be answered by an FA volunteer between 10am and 10pm seven days a week. If you fail to speak to someone PLEASE leave a message or email us. A volunteer will get back to you as soon as the messages are collected. We will not leave a message for you and will only talk to you.

At the moment the calls are answered on weekdays 1pm - 4pm and 6pm - 10pm and on weekends 2pm - 10pm.

A free information pack, including details of all meetings is sent to every enquirer.
